Re-Organization of Claims Management Department
In order to provide a more efficient approach that addresses local distinctions, the Signal Claims Management Department has undergone a re-organization to assign claims management functions by geographic region.
This change is effective April 1, 2008 and will divide the claim management assignments into four regions consisting of the Northeast, Southeast, Great Lakes & Gulf and West Coast regions.

Long Beach Office - New Address, Phone and Fax
The Long Beach office, which was opened in January 2006, is now comprised of four Claim Managers and a Safety Manager dedicated solely to West Coast Member needs.

Claims Administration Department
After 13 years of service with Signal Administration, Inc. in the Claims Administration Department in Wilton, Connecticut, Ms. Miriam Feinstein has been promoted to Assistant Vice President.
Miriam reports directly to Richard W. Wood, Chief Operating Officer.
Claims Management Department

After ten years of service with Signal Administration, Inc. in the Claims Management Department in Wilton, Connecticut, Ms. Jean Fernandez has been promoted to Assistant Vice President.
Jean reports directly to Mike Horray, Vice President - Claims Management.
Long Beach Office
Office Manager, Erik Lassow, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President.
The Long Beach office, which was opened in January 2006, is now comprised of four Claim Managers and a Safety Manager dedicated solely to West Coast Member needs.
Erik reports directly to Mike Horray, Vice President - Claims Management.
