Effective February 1, 2021, the State of Oregon has adopted new rules regarding COVID-19 and Workers' Compensation Claims handling. We encourage all members to review our letter regarding these new rules, as well as a bulletin from our legal partners in Oregon outlining in detail the newly adopted changes.
