The Signal Mutual Safety Committee Meetings are two-day events held three times annually at various locations across the continental United States.

Brief Meeting Schedule

Membership Meeting – Tuesday
Join us for the Membership Meeting, featuring engaging presentations, guest speakers, Safety Committee updates on ongoing projects, and more.

Committee Meetings – Tuesday & Wednesday
Committee and Subcommittee Meetings are interactive working sessions designed to encourage collaboration and participant input on active projects. Subcommittee meetings will begin following the Membership Meeting on Tuesday and continue through Wednesday, concluding by 2:00 PM. This earlier end time allows attendees sufficient time to travel while still enabling them to fully participate in the sessions.

• Breakbulk and Bulk Terminals (BBT)
• Marine Terminal
• M-CODED (Marine Construction – Offshore – Diving – Energy – Dredging)
• Shipyard
• Terminal Technology

These meetings provide an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, build connections, and collaborate with fellow Committee and Signal Members. Both the Membership Meeting and Committee Meetings are open to all Members, SafeShore clients, and Brokers.

Tuesday Reception & Dinner: An Evening at Chateau St. Michelle

Join us for a relaxed and memorable evening at Chateau Ste. Michelle. Enjoy great food, local wines, and easy conversation in a beautiful winery setting—the perfect chance to connect with peers and unwind after a full day.
