The Signal Mutual Safety Committee Meetings are two-day events held three times each year in locations across the continental United States. These meetings bring Members together to share ideas, discuss current safety initiatives, collaborate on Committee projects, and connect with others throughout the Signal community.

Brief Meeting Schedule

Membership Meeting – Tuesday
Join us Tuesday morning for the Membership Meeting, featuring engaging presentations, guest speakers, Safety Committee updates on current projects and initiatives, and more.

Committee Meetings – Tuesday & Wednesday

Committee and Subcommittee Meetings are interactive working sessions designed to encourage collaboration, discussion, and Member input on active projects and industry topics.

Sessions will begin following the Membership Meeting on Tuesday and continue through Wednesday, concluding by 2:00 PM. The earlier Wednesday end time allows attendees additional time for travel while still providing plenty of opportunity to fully participate in Committee activities

• Breakbulk and Bulk Terminals 
• Marine Terminal
• M-CODED (Marine Construction – Offshore – Diving – Energy – Dredging)
• Shipyard
• Terminal Technology

Whether you currently serve on a Committee or simply want to learn more and participate, we encourage you to join us! These meetings are a great opportunity to exchange ideas, build connections, and collaborate with fellow Committee Members and other Signal Members.

Both the Membership Meeting and Committee Meetings are open to all Members, SafeShore clients, and Brokers.
