Creating online forms with QR codes is a quick and easy way to capture information from your workforce, and Signal Members can use QR codes to improve employee engagement in incident and near-miss reporting, hazard identification, and even through inspections.
Removable Rail Dock Fall Protection
Rail dock operations pose a fall risk to personnel and forklifts. Impractical and non-robust interim solutions were used to prevent falls from the warehouse rail dock: placement of empty rail cars or poles with rope. A robust, removable, and space-saving, engineered solution was needed and identified.
Employers should consider ways to enable non-English speakers to report safety incidents, share ideas, and participate in workplace discussions. Everyone has valuable information to contribute, and the organization benefits when we include everyone in the conversation.
