Notice of Special General Meeting 13 Feb 2025 To the Members of Signal Mutual Indemnity Association Ltd: The Board and Managers have been engaged over the past several years in a review of the Association’s Governance and management protocols. This has included the housing of the day-to-day management of the Association in a wholly owned subsidiary of the Association: Signal Management Services, LLC. An analysis and review of the Association’s Rules & Bye-laws has been conducted with the assistance of outside counsel and a series of recommendations have been made to amend the Rules & Bye-laws to accommodate these significant changes.
