Falls from height continue to be a risk that every Member must assess and mitigate. Falls can occur from platforms, ladders, leading edges, gangways, containers, train cars, open hatches, equipment, and other work situations. This type of incident often results in significant injuries that adversely affect the employee, their family, and co-workers on-site.
