General Meeting

2026 General Meeting The General Meeting is centered around risk management, with a focus on delivering educational content that helps Members address evolving risks. Sessions cover key topics such as claims trends, safety updates, and regulatory developments, as well as high-level insights into the state of the economy. Presentations are led by Signal staff, Member organizations, and external subject matter experts. Unlike the AGM, which fosters community and connection, the GM emphasizes knowledge-sharing to support organizational resilience. The goal is to provide Members with valuable information and tools to navigate challenges and advance the Mutual’s commitment to proactive risk management.

2026 Annual General Meeting The AGM is our flagship community event – a gathering that blends meaningful connections with the core values and collaborative spirit of Signal. The format is welcoming to families, with evening events and social activities that create memorable experiences for Members and their guests. In addition to the community focus, the AGM also features our “state of the Mutual” content – a mid-year check-in highlighting what Members can expect heading into renewal, along with administrative items requiring a vote and approval under the Mutual’s bye-laws.
